Time: 8:00PM – 10:00PM
We will be meeting to discuss future club events and we will be voting on new officers to the club. We will also be voting on the games that will be played at our October 8th LAN. We encourage everyone to attend and I hope to see you all there!

We have 9 days til this meeting that means by the end of Thursday the 25th we need fliers up advertising this meeting. Got the word out at freshman move in & Valley Balley but lets aim for 40plus to show up to this first meeting.

His name is Tim and he should be getting on the site fairly shortly. We even said something about your guide in the meeting

Hey, I have a fun idea. Let’s discuss who would write each guide. There’s no way that could turn into a flame war. Let’s start with the president…
And have been for a while now. Just state the people you would need to visit to get the job done and potential sponsors to call to get prizes. Stuff like that. Build on it until it covers everything.
