force rates

Pardon my ignorance if this is being put in with liams new mod, cause i forgot, but i was trying to play with this guy like 6 times and he kept trying to fix his rates and the next rnd they’d go back, and he’d get kicked again.

 

just wondering if i can do anything to force the rates…

Rates are enforced server-side.

He needs to turn off whatever program he’s using to automatically set them.

It’s a cvar that requires the rates be between min/max for cl_updaterate, cl_cmdrate, and rate.
