As was noted in a previous thread, “I just played with real people,” it appears that there are certain maps that lag horribly. It would be nice if this kind of thing could be fixed.
If not something the CL would be doing, then this is just notice that certain maps lag.
Alright, I’m still getting setup with privileges etc but the map rotation and general config files for the server will be changed soon.
Toss them on a flash drive and drop them off at the CRIB Monday or Wednesday night and I’ll upload them all to Tron.
I agree it needs to be some sort of a DM because there are to few people for certain maps like hello_kitty. The order of the guns needs some work too…
DoNice wants know who dumped all thous horrable maps on their in the first place?

lol saying things just for the sake of saying things nice. I think there are not enough people on the GG server for it to be a normal round. DM would make things go so much faster and you might actually have a change at winning cuz you go though all the guns not because time runs out. A little off topic but what was up with that lag i think it was yesterday or saturday. It was really bad people kept leaving cuz they though they dropped.

one note: can it be set if you knife someone you not only take a level you also gain a lvl, or 2, or 3. lol
That would be nice to gain a level from a knife. I see it on other GG servers so you can skip the whole thing except for the nade level you actually gotta work for that one. Would be nice also if on the nade level you get the glock. I noticed today you get a nade and a knife. First time I have ever seen it like that. You always get the glock to help with the nade kill.

It makes it challenging and strategic for you and fun for everyone else because it’s like playing tag, except you can shoot him dead if he comes close!

Typically the way I see nade level work is you get more nades if you get a kill with your knife or glock.
Yup but usually you get the glock to help out. If not your pretty much running around trying to steal a kill from someone. I like the knife idea of stealing a level and jumping a level and yes you always have to do the nade round you cant skip it. Round starting timers are kinda useless as well I think.
