Firmware update 2.60

They added a really cool photo gallery program to ps3…read and watch the video at the link below…What do you think?

All they need to do now is do the same thing for the music…so that when i steal my music from the internet or whatever it will automatically fillin the artist, album, genre, etc…You know something similar to what WMP does. Right now it only does this if you rip a CD to the ps3

I like the interface and the whole experience of the gallery. I especially like the sorting capabilities that it offers. The one thing that keeps me from switching to this vs. my apple TV to keep my photos is the syncing capability. With my apple TV I can sync directly from my laptop multiple pics at once wirelessly and with the PS I cannot and its extremely annoying having to use a flash drive every time you want to update the gallery.

Why dont you use the VLAN functionality the ps3 has…you wont have to use external devices
