It could just be the awesome round I played, but I’m tempted to say Medic. “Wunderbar!”
I’ve been using soldier a lot when I play though. Hopefully when I get it myself (Been playing on Flake’s computer) I’ll get a better feel for the classes. Though Spy can be fun when I don’t screw it up…
I don’t understand how the soldier will work in TF2 — no nades is an awful design choice.
I’m a qwtf purist, though!
I dunno, guess it depends on the map but I’ve tried every class and none of them strike my mind as my favorite, though I can say I’m not fond of demoman or heavy, engineer and medic are both just kinda boring imo, and I suck as sniper. The others (scout, spy, pyro, soldier) I guess are my favorites, though I do like to change up my class from time to time just to get some variety
Spy all the way. I used to be good with the old tfc spy but now… I can truly cloak… It is amazing at how easy people can be to kill.
I would prefer friendly fire on though :\, or some kind of penalty for shooting your own team for no reason. It would be great to actually feel like a spy! I rarely run around in the enemy base uncloaked because 99% of the time they will shoot me 3 good times ‘just to check.’
At any rate, still love the spy ^^.
Beyond that I like all the other classes equally. Everything is amazing to play. (I do wish the sniper had a mine or something he could lay down).
Agree with you there kappa, its not fair that they can shoot at their own team “just to check” I prefer the reality of not being able to do that.
Its weird, right now I’m enjoying playing sniper the most even though in all the fps games i’ve played i’ve never been big into snipers. demo, scout, and soldier are also fun though. the only class i don’t particularly enjoy playing is medic.
i think they screwed up the sniper by making them *have* to be zoomed in to charge up. that and there is no open maps really to snipe in except well.
i like the engineer because the new dispensers rock, they fill up with supplies really fast and they heal too! so i’d have to say engineer. my 2nd favorite would be either spy or pyro. the pyro just does so much damage up close
Pyro’s got a great buff after the latest update. Up-close and personal they do a *edited*load of damage now, I see people using them all the time.
Also, no open maps? 2Fort? Lol. Plenty of open area for sniping.

i wonder now why i played cs so much recently, man this games a blast…had fun going hwguy crazy on everyone…
spy soldier and scout.. all the S’s that can attack. not a fan of being a medic because its all secondary, same with being an engy, you just sit around and let what you’re attached to kill stuff.
Oh, pyro is also the um… greatest class. pryro rushes ftw
