Everquest was an amazing game in it's prime. However, at the moment, its a dead game.
Yes. They are still making expansions for it.
But, not many people are joining the game.
So they are expanding the amounts of zone and places to explore but there is no one to explore them,
so you cant find a group and in EQ YOU MUST GROUP to level. Also, it depends on if you are into grinding.
EQ is more of a grinding game where as WoW is more of a questing game.Really, EQ is not worth it… anymore.
That being said Everquest II is a beautiful game. It looks amazing, it is graphically realistic and stunningly beautiful.
Notice how I havent said anything about game play…?Really, at the moment, WoW is probably the best Fantasy MMO out. And its a pick up game. You can pick up WoW
anytime and just play. City of Heroes is pretty good too if you are just looking for an MMO.Its hard to level in that though.B R I E F S said:

The other day I was chatting with a girl. She asked what I did on my vacation. I told her “Nothing much. I got back into WoW, but thats about it.” She responded, “No! Play Everquest like a good person!”
level 58 is the boring part of the game, and if you’re level 58 you have explored so little of the game. You still have another 22 levels, thousands of AAs, quests, items, raids to do. It took me a month to get to level 16 back in the day, now i’m running 550 days /played. if you still play send me a tell. [tell rathe.vlada zomghi2u
