DVD to IPOD

can anyone recommend some good software to rip a dvd and convert it to mp4 format for an ipod?

 

 

preferrably free software, but really I’m looking for anything… i googled and kept running into this cucusoft thing on a FAKE BLOG that looks like it’s bloaded with spyware even though they wanna charge 60 bucks for it

I have been messing with it tonight and it seems to work great so far…

 

I have tried that other converter ka za but thanks for posting.. i’ll take a look at it later

Handbrake is great because it has pre-formatted ways to rip it.
