1. Find an image that is of the correct size.
2. Find a program that will convert it to .wad
3. Place the .wad file in your cstrike directory
4. Rename the .wad file to tempdecal.wad or decal.wad
5. DO NOT GO INTO YOUR SPRAY PREFERENCES IN GAME OR IT WILL RESET IT
6. Spray the spray
7. ???
8. PROFIT
This assumes you play the lameness that is CS 1.6. In the greatness that is Sauce, all you have to do is go to options, click import spray, and then find the image with the browser. Sauce pwns.

Let me tell you a story. Last night I was playing 1.*edited*. I was standing underneath someone and shot them in the foot. Did it register a foot hit, or even a leg hit? No. It registered left arm. Just like every other shot in 1.*edited*. You guys *edited* about random head shots in source. Maybe you should take a look at the randomness in that crappy game you play.

Make your own spray in photoshop i got mine from http://www.fpsbanana.com so i only had to put it into the cs map
I have default spray in 1.*edited* because I don’t care enough and EFG in Sauce because I has a mask.

and to not make this off topic: you should use that img as a spray
I know quite a bit about sprays. Since i reinstalled i don’t have my custom loaded but my spray was a goose that had yousillyGoose on it. I like sprays that leave your own personal logo : )

Why jump through hoops and do 50 things to change your spray when a person can just simply import his/her own custom spray via a file browser built in game? I guess hardcore 1.*edited* players wouldn’t know about that though, or anything new, seeing how the game hasn’t been updated or changed in years, well except to add ads to the game
