Custom Map Pack added …no more downloads

I just uploaded a custom map pack you can unzip and drop into your cstrike folder. This elemenadates the long downloading time on map change.

 

Check it out under the ‘Downloads‘ section on the top toolbar under ‘game patches‘

 

Drop all the files in the maps folder…

 

Defult location is:

C:\\Program Files\\Valve\\ Steam\\ SteamApps\\ USERNAME\\ counter-strike\\ cstrike\\maps

wow adam that site link is uber confusing… whast teh point of a map ‘PACK’ if you wanned to dl them all individually? anyhow theres more than just the .bsp map files so you need to get them all or it will still make you DL them as the server loads a map you dont have ‘all’ the files too..

yeah compileing them all into one map pack is better seeing as some maps have sevral parts to them

its just the server fast dl link, you know the redirect url. Just incase someone is missing a file and needs it

Oh ok… for some reason as_tundra.wad is alsways in teh wrong place or steam keep deleating it.. idk…

Yea its not ment for a replacement, I would prefer they download the map pack instead of individual map download.
