I recently got permabanned from the WCU css server due to alleged “hacking.” This was the second time I got banned from that server. I started getting to CSS about a month ago and WCU was the place I usually play. Coming from 1.6, CSS is somewhat “easier” IMO. I have my ups and down days, but when I do really well in the 1.6 server, no on ever really says anything or threatens to ban me. Mind you I have been playing in the 1.6 WCU server for over a year now. On the other hand in CSS, I get a some high kd ratio and ppl automatically started calling hacks and what not. Am I the only one in this or have people had simliar experiences?
The CSS community is a lot different than the 1.6 community. I dont mean that in a bad way either. Both communities have its pluses and minuses.
The simple fact is, your demo showed you hacking. You can deny it all you want, your appeal was denied, and you wont be unbanned.
For what its worth, I’m sorry you cant play Source at WCU anymore. It’s a badass fun game. On the other hand, hacking is ridiculous. If you have to hack to play, why are you even bothering?

Yeah, I already know that what I say won’t get me unbanned. That wasn’t the point of this thread. I already moved on to other servers. The thing that gets me a little bit was I really wanted to see the demo the guy recorded. I really want to judge for myself if what I was doing was hacking irregardless of what the admins say. I am not asking for an unban, I just want to see my demo.
Yeah, it was fun for a while on this server. I think I’ve played with you a few times Liam. Can you at least tell me which round and what I did that was considered hacking? I don’t even know what map I was playing or what team was I on. Did I get like 3 headshots in a roll or something?
If the Admin who banned you wants to send you the demo thats up to them. I watched it though and it was very obvious.
You didn’t answer my other question. Saying its really obvious doesn’t tell me the map, the side, and what exactly I did. More details please.
I’ve seen the demo and I have to admit I’ve seen sketchier *edited* out of myself on a daily basis, regardless it was reviewed by higher powers so its not my doing >.>
What I don’t get is why everyone is so hush hush to tell me details about it. Shiit. after hearing people say i was obviously hacking, i wanna see my own demo lol, but good ol’ freeman has yet to respond to my request.
