I like the small blue crosshair. It’s the only one I’ve found to work well against the sky, ground, and nightvision.

im to computer challanged to bother to change my crosshairs so mine are standard red ones

It’s just a mild blue color. Nothing too extreme, but most people can see it in all the backgrounds
