ParticipantSo, I am getting a new car for graduation, and I thought i would get some of ya’lls imput. I already talked with resident car expert Citan, and so far the top choices seem to be a Mazda 3 or Mazda 5 (they are basically the same, except one is a hatchback), a Toyota Matrix, or a Scion tc.
There are several other cars on the list, but basically anything around $21,000 is fair game. Anybody have or can recommend something they think is good? I probably will avoid anything by the big three, simply because they still do get pretty terrible reviews as far as reliability and quality go. That and I hate America apparently.
Anyway, what are your thoughts?

y’all is a contraction of you all and there for the apostrophe should come after the Y.

I have actually read literature on the subject and I fall into the y’all camp as well; I don’t know why I messed it up this time. I think perhaps because I used it as a possessive it looked strange to have the apostrophe at the beginning of the word.
That being said, since it is a made up word, any argument about correctness is pretty much moot; still, it is nice to see a fellow country grammar nazi.

Didn’t Webster’s finally admit it into the dictionary, or was that just some hick trying to make excuses?
I would also recommend this car. It’s low maintenance, gets over 300k miles, seats 4, good gas mileage, safe as a tank, but looks like a tank.
