well basically the title says it all… i cant get CS 1.6 to stay open on my works server.
its running:
XP pro 64 bit edition
AMD Athlon64 3800
2GB RAM
256mb FX5500 video
300GB SATA HD
it will start, i can join WCU’s awesome server, but after a few moments it kicks me out. sometime closes the entire application. Steam continues to run tho.
any ideas?
this is really important taht i get this running since my new job is to HEad the LAN Gaming part of the Buisiness.
Actually Josh, our new president is running it on 64, and Mike a good friend of the gaming club is also, with no issues.
When you gonna get me a job. I want to help.
i keep having CS window drop every time i join a server… only a few time it will close out. but i click join serer and as soon as i get in the window minimizes.
beleave its just another steam bug…

that happens to me dice i just click on cs in my start toolbar or /e that thingy on the bottom is and it opens and im in the server. lol
Never happens to me….i can have anything going on at once and never once has it done anything…by the way adam if you read this i got to tell you about what i did to my comp last night
adam, this will acutally work perfectly!
once u leave school, move to concord. u can live with me for the time being. then work with me in getttin this SparXport LAN Gaming thing set up. Robert, is lookin for sum one wiht ur back ground to work here. LOL ull might even replace me. but tahts fine.
