Can anyone give me rates?

Alright, at college (t1 or whatever the fast one is), I use:

rate = 25000

cl_updaterate = 101

cl_cmdrate = 101

Now that I’m at home on DSL, those rates are really bad. I get way too much loss, choke, etc. etc. Can anyone give me good rates for DSL?

I’m back at school on T1 or T3 or whatever the hell this godly connection is.

Over 15k upload and 15k download to say the least.
