changes maps @ his leisure, w/o a vote. once to a map w/ not enough spawns so ppl died instantly before round started, & left it there.
kicks ppl for voicing their opinion. (i told him to do a vote, got kicked).

People came and asked for “fun night” I changed the maps about every ten minutes and went with the one everyone asked for the most. I kicked you for being whiny and annoying. I’m sorry if that upset you.
Anyway, go play and have fun.
It is by Liam’s good grace that you can even play on the server; I would hardly call him a bad admin.

Is by WCU’s good grace. I think Mr. Corzine deserves the credit there. Liam just makes them nicer to play on than other university servers

Then I will make it a point to not log onto the 1.6 server and try to load fun maps anymore.

Liam IF you arent going to come back, chose several Admins to take care of the fun night (like me
or wisp he did a good job)fun night is run by nodice and loot i believe. not liam. he was just nice enough to take time to go into the 1.6 server and start a fun night for us

This is why the WCU Belltower map isn’t played anymore.

It has always been policy not to delete things. I’ve accidentally done this 100 times doing fun stuff on the 1.6 server and not knowing what a map was or whatever. Ask NoDice, there are probably 200 maps on the 1.6 server
sorry to bust in this parade but I would rather do this than start a new thread just to get a simple answer…I think we should go through all the maps sometime lets say an afternoon or something and get a chance to see which maps can’t work with 31 people in the pub. That way we can delete those. I know for one awp-dust is one that definitely can’t hold up. I know some of the cpl maps (NOT TDM), unless you get the modified ones, will not work also.
There are a lot of maps that just can’t work anymore with the server and you yourself said there are crazy amounts. We should do some spring cleaning…

There’s really no point in having them if the suicide players simply for spawning. Move them to another folder for storage if you want but they definately don’t need to be playable.

Holey *edited* we have 99maps active on the 1.6 server. The maps that only have 20 or so spwn’s are maps that are changed to when their are that many ppl in the server, tey are fun late night server maps when the player list is small.
PS: CS_WCU is still on their, and i think it has enoulf spwn points,,, but its just a uber laggy map b/c its maxing steams max filesize.bsp limit for a map.

We should do some spring cleaning…These smaller spwn maps have their moments, However i agree with cleaning them up. Its simply to hard to keep up with 99server maps and i allong with others alsways run into problems remembering which maps have which number of spwn points. For startes all the spamspots maps can leave. Also alot of the maps are on their from the gungame server. these can also go.
