Using a TV as a monitor is overkill. Get a decent 19-22″ monitor and spend the rest on a smaller sized LCD TV. You might even look into getting a tuner card.
I’m just going to get the pinnacle HDTV pc antenna card thingy that woot offers all the time because I live in the heart of boston during school and would get like 15-20 channels
