SpectatorIll talk to you next time I see you more about this, Trevor, but how would you feel about having a smash tournies regularly during the weekends? Like… Saturday at the UC or something.
ZaplinG
Spectatoryay smash is fun. Everyone should smash!
Want to know who else has infinite combos? Popo and Nana, That’s who.

For me, one of the greatest moments of the LAN was when Kurt was going up againtst this other fella who kept spamming two moves over and over with Yoshi. It went on until the last few seconds and Kurt just barely won.I remember that match… haha
it was so painful to watch, but very entertaining

Spectatorill draw something cool if you give me specific information about the t-shirts
as it stands right now, i dont know what i can or cant do on this shirt.
For example, can I draw on the sleeves? Does the picture have to be centered? Can the image take up the entire t-shirt? ect ect
ZaplinG
SpectatorNo, haha – It’s not broken, just very annoying and very easy to pull off.

I know 12 minutes was the end time for the game, I dont like when games go that fast, it gives me a headache, I like to take my time and plan out strategies, not just see how many soldiers I can pop out in 2 minutes lolhaha, who says you cant have strategies AND go fast at the same time? -.-
ZaplinG
Spectatoras a starcraft player, even 12 minutes seems an extremely long period of time for a rush
entire quality games are played in 12 minutes, haha
ZaplinG
Spectatoruh oh, sounds like a challenge!

Spectatoryo freeman, let me get those replays

SpectatorThe random drawing is concerned only with single elimination matches, so doing a BO3 would be impossible without establishing brackets outside of the game.
And an hour isnt time enough for any game to have a decent tournament
I am saddened by this knowledge. SSBM is a game (among countless others) that almost always require multiple matches on various stages to be played in order to see who is truly better.ZaplinG
Spectatorhaha, thats pretty much what i expected
will registration still be able to be done at the door like last LAN? I’m sure there are tons of people who just casually want to play (not just starcraft, but all games) and do not visit these forums to know they have to register

SpectatorSmash Bros will take 2 hours max
Starcraft = roughly 3-4 hours assuming at least 12 people show up.
ZaplinG
SpectatorI registered, although 12:00 is going to be killer
On a normal day, I dont even naturally wake up that early

ZaplinG
SpectatorWho needs other mousepads when you are working with THIS:

SpectatorIf the Starcraft tournament will be running the duration of the LAN, I do not see why players cannot play other tournaments as well. There is no way it will take 10 hours to run a tournament, so I think it will be no problem to squeeze other tournaments in between starcraft matches.

SpectatorToo bad pylons are not constructed, but rather warped in from another planet.

SpectatorI realize now that it would be tough to get War3 or any newer games quickly on a large amount of computers, however I definantly could provide the materials needed to install Starcraft to whomever needed it. Flakes would have to cover me on the Age of Empire’s section, though.
Also, recently Warcraft 2 was recently released legally to the public as freeware, downloadable at this website:http://server.war2.ru/modules/mydownloads/
(Be sure when installing pick Standard + Server.war2.ru)
So how about if I revised that previous list to these games that can easily be installed : Starcraft, Age of Empires 2, Warcraft 2 ?
ZaplinG
SpectatorI’m up for both of them.
I can bring a few decent controllers, a system, and both games if needed.
Also, I will bet any amount of money on that if a friend of mine shows up for the mario kart tournament, he will win.
ZaplinG
Spectatoryeah i play starcraft and follow the proscene
