but yeah i can see those ideas working and it will be unique since i personally havent seen it used in a server before so its something to look forward to seeing if it works out

well lets face it everyone is going to have maps they like and have maps they hate at the end i dont think there will ever be a “best way to rtv” or even a happy medium but really alot of people wont RTV dust2 and even if it does get put up to RTV there is always the dont change map vote so maybe lower the percentage by maybe 10%-15% depending on what it is now and see how it goes we just have to remind people there is a stay on current map vote (plus people can always just pick another map they like as well if they dont want to hit the stay on current map)
sorry ehm… imo you should just lower the amount of RTVs needed for maps and that should help maps that people dont want to play get passed since ive seen the server die on a map like Deagle 5 where ALOT of people dont want to play it but they cant get enough RTVs to pass it so they leave instead of waiting the 10 minutes
basically its used for CAL,CEVO etc etc for scrim matches to stop skins for weapons and stuff that are custom made and its also supposed to stop scripters and stuff it also gets the player info when they connect to a server so it shows steam standing so its supposed to stop hackers and modders from cheating in scrims is what it all boils down to
major that was a BS knife and you know it i got no reg on that headshot even though i saw the blood on your face i demand a do over! and as for the person right above me i do not own 1.6 or i might (not) since it looks terrible :C i hate bad graphics…
aztec is a terrible map unless you have a good T team CTs are just going to roll over them 100% of the time

i agree with ex i have heard people ask for nuke.. however i have heard more people say they do not like nuke so tbh i think its fine at 10 minute rotation but maybe make it every 2-3 hours just so people can get their fill of nuke and if nothing else it gets RTVed like everything else people dont want to play also something to think about is that the server seemed to die down a bit after office was on for the 3rd-4th time so you might wanna make it so its not on the rotation as much as it is and maybe think about raising tides to a 15 minute map since i didnt really notice a population drop when it came on
you should maybe throw some of the older maps in the rotation to make things interesting like strike,milita etc etc i know alot of people have been saying they wish some of the older maps would come back but you know thats just me talking not sure how much everyone else would like said maps if nothing else its worth a shot to see how many people join when they see a map that most servers dont use
