Some suggestions:
-See about getting a water cooler and cups or something like it. That would save time and money.
-Should definitely have some high profile pc games before dinner because its usually all of the popular pc games right in a
row and it doesn’t give any break time.
-Maybe we should separate the free play consoles and the tourney consoles and consolidate them so you always know where you can play.
-Raffle tickets really should have names on them
-A tournament sign up table with clipboards to signup on it as well as a couple copies of the game (if pc) so that anyone who doesnt have it can install quick and long before the tourney starts.

Apparently you didnt get the point of this thread but anyway, everything on the list is free. The only thing you have to do is get it, or at the very least meet me on campus to get it. Its about 2.5-3 feet square with about 6 inches depth. Its kinda visible on the pic, but when i get home i will post a pic of it.
I am selling it for drug money though, but it never seems to add up.
Ok well the projector screen and the cables (there are alot of them though) are reserved for the club until I get notice that they either want them or not. Nobody left the arcade machine at my house, I got 4 of them off iwanna like 3 years ago and just got around to fixing them recently, but I have no room or desire to fix that one.
If anyone wants any more details about anything or pics or anything Ill do my best to oblige.
