I remember a time when adam just baned people like you and for alot less stuff than you have done on our website and server . So you should realy count yourself lucky to even be here . ok adam i see you say this yet you ban him from the vent server man your flopping back and forth like a fish out of water please make up your mind and not change it eather you like him and are willing to protect him or you have a problem with him you think urban is going to come to wcu for collage man you are going to leave the school way before he even would have a chance to come to school there .not to mention that 90 persent of the time he posts hes complaining about something or another witch is verry anoying witch is why i havent been active of the forums because im tired of reading his negative posts about this or that just ban the child for gods sake and move on
well urban sence you seem to have such a problem with people in our comunity try finding you another server and forum to hastle becouse no one asked for you to do this or act like this .So why not find a server you can get alone on

Well im guessing you have already updated your video drivers and checked in the console to make sure your max_fps is set right . your card may be going bad or steam may be crapping out there are a few things it could be . Have you tryed other games and is it the same way or just steam games
i have a p4 2.8 over clocked to 3.2 1 gig of xms extreme gameing ram that loves to be over clocked. I love my mother board and i have a ati 9800 pro 256 agp card also i have 2 hds 1 160gig and 1 40 gig im about to liquad cool the system and i have a 20 dell wide screen lcd . i also use the logitech mx518 mouse and 250 logitech head set and i have the logitech keyboard also
Ok this is a little upsetting that this meeting has been set up for a while now and have had a good amout of people talking about a lan yet the only people that showed up on the vent were jorman and myself and ac3. I realy donnt like people waisting my time if people say there going to do something then they need to stay true to there word. I can even understand that *edited* comes up but if you knew you werent going to be there for a meeting you could atleast posted about it instead of doing nothing at all. Now i nw there are going to be those that think im being harsh and you can think that but i said i would be on vent and i was there more than i can say for others that just didnt show up or post or anything
Well adam37 i wouldn’t take anything from the ncsu guys i haven’t been playing there for a while and they have some very good people that not only go to school there but close to the school. But i thought it would be a cool thing to do it towards the end of the summer as for a end of the summer blow out . Where we would all meet at one location and setup one of the biggest lans i would say wcu has seen in a while I’m talking 150 people at one place at one time. i use to run a ut03 lan and the most we had was 200 people using 10 boxes to load all the games we were running it was 20 a person and you brought your own system and at the end we would have a tourney and the winner got 60 percent of the cash
i just left a msg on adams cell telling him the server is stable again and that we needs the stats and map rotation on it again
Hmmm i just noticed something its weird as hell and i donnt understand it but it looks like when you pull the server up in steam that it shows 29 of 32 peeps in the server and you can hit refresh and many times as you want to and it donnt change but if you go into the server there are no where near 29 peeps i did it today and there were 3 peeps in the server but the game info from steam showed there b !shy eing 29 still … btw all the peeps that steam shows in the server are bots all have the same time on them

Adam have yall tryed bring one of the 2 servers being ran down like bringing the otherserver i think it was cod2 server down and see if the pings to the cs server come down this is just a thought but you may be eating to much bandwith for the connection
well i have been trying to figure out what could be causeing such high pings to the server . And i even have pings that i did to the server and here is the info

Minimum = 55ms, Maximum = 58ms, Average = 55ms As you can see it doesnt ping high to me but when i connect to the server it rockets up . this leeds me to beleave that there is a setting off somewhere i donnt think its the school but the box .We need to find out what os the box is running and update it as needed and double check to make sure that there isnt a firewall or anyother program running on the box that could do this
You could take all the names put them in a hat draw 8 names these guys will be the captains of the teams and they each draw 3 names to make there teams. This would help making it fairer sense you don’t get to chose your team per-say . And you run it 4 times and the lowest score each match gets kicked till you have 8 people then top 4 and then 2 final the last guy standing is the winner of the LAN .
