Dean’s worst nightmare. The ghost of Dave Thomas coming to slay him and his brother at night. Even that Impala isn’t going to be able to handle those chicken nuggets and fries. Oh god, and biggie size….
distemper
SpectatorWhy Dean?
Every time we play that map, Yahoo just whoops your *edited*.
distemper
SpectatorYeah, secaucus junction is kinda retarded. It’s way too big.
Yes, the vaulted ceilings are nice…
Also, I remember the first time I saw exit 15X, the special exit they built for it, and I was like, “ooo. 15-X!” and I just took it off the highway, and I couldn’t get back on the highway for like an hour.
Fail.

I think a lot of people would be happy if there were no stats on SK3, that would be great IMO. I think the rotation has some nice variety, no stats on SK3 FTW.If that could be done… it would be awesome.
distemper
SpectatorI used to spend at least 15 minutes in Secaucus every day, since I had to transfer from the NJ Coast line to the Main Line because no main line trains stopped at Penn Station in New York.
Pain in the balls.
But now that I’m in Woodbridge, I just take the NJ Coast line straight down.

Spectatorrawr, bitey, bite that woman…
distemper
SpectatorThanks Elaine

And I’m glad you like it, peanut

distemper
SpectatorDaaaaamn, Bitey’s girl…
I would totally rawr at that, except you’d get *edited*ed off. Unless you’re already *edited*ed off…
In that case, rawr.

SpectatorMICHAEL JACKSON!

SpectatorSorry it’s taken so long, but here is the finish product. I wasn’t so sure what you wanted, except:
Quote:
Something similar – black background, green fire, PEANUT. Would be badass. If you have time, that would be awesome. Or if anyone else can put something together, that would be sweet. So, heh, here’s my go for it:
It was tough finding a Green flame fractal, but I think this will do.

If you aren’t happy with it, I’m totally willing to give it another go, since now you have an idea of what it might look like. Don’t be afraid to tell me what you don’t like about it.
distemper
SpectatorI concur with Dean.
Pretty much everyone who actually plays on the WCU CS:S server has posted. Besides, by the end of the week, this thread will be so dead, posting in it will be gravedigging.
distemper
SpectatorWell, the server’s only 66tic, and there’s a lot of lag sometimes. Also, this really annoying guy named Citan…
oh.
This is about the university…
*runs away*
distemper
SpectatorI don’t mind the map of cpl_fire, but I do hate the general color. It looks like were fighting in some nuclear wasteland, and that’s depressing to me.
What about de_nightfever? It’s an obscure map, but I played it, and its well designed and rather cool: http://www.fpsbanana.com/maps/13899

Spectatornp, I’ll see what I can cook up : )
distemper
SpectatorAh, thanks for the clarification.
I was originally imagining a box that flashed different colors to distract someone’s attention, but this makes sense as well.
distemper
SpectatorWhat are flash/shock sprays? Not that I intend to use them, but so I can spot them out.
distemper
SpectatorHey peanut, never heard back from you, but was wondering if you still wanted the sig… <.<
distemper
SpectatorDecoy Sprays has been very unfair to other players ingame. Personally, I think he/she must be a hacker. Everytime I see this person ingame, they move really weird, like, they just aim at me, to the left, and then to the right, and shoot all the time, without reloading. No matter how much I shoot Decoy Sprays, they never die. It is so frustrating to empty a clip from an awp into someone and realize they are not dead, right Bananarchy?
This is not fair to the rest of the WCU gaming community. Hacks are not allowed on the server, Decoy Sprays, and infinite health hacks are not FAIR! *Bawls*
I vote to IP ban Decoy Sprays permanently.
distemper
Spectatorheh, I am Asian, but for any of those who have been ingame with me, you probably know I don’t have much of an accent.
I guess internet talk makes people sound azn. <.<
But yeah…
Was I really joking about this admin application?!?? WAS I!?!?
*sinister music*
Find out… on Next Thursday’s The Twilight Zone.

I’m not saying change it cuz he’s an idiot. Change it cuz whoever drew it up messed it up.But to admit mistake on interwebz is worse than suicide, lulz. <.<
However, torankusu is correct. Just because he didn’t read it does not mean that it is unclear. For instance, I cite this line again:
Quote:
3. Have at least three recommendations from an existing Admin.Does this mean that someone could hypothetically triple post after my admin application to state: “distemper is the most awesome person in the world, I wish I could be just like him, and like, be as cool as him… so, yeah, he can be admin, lulz?”
In this situation, everyone here understands that it means one recommendation from one admin, but you need at least three. But that does not change the fact that the phrasing is innately confusing.
Same thing goes for the part that torankusu is pointing out. If what NoDice says is true, than the current portion of requirements for WCU students should be removed entirely, because, as he aptly pointed out, just because they’re WCU students does not mean that they would make good admins and good members of the gaming community.
distemper
SpectatorI have to agree with Bananarchy, and say that sprays like that do confer an unfair advantage to certain players, simply because of the fact that in CS:S, it can be difficult to discern the identity of distant objects.
distemper
SpectatorI second Citan…
The little dog be confused.
distemper
SpectatorI have no doubt that the p228 is the best pistol in the game, but I actually have to go with the deagle.
distemper
SpectatorYeah, that usually works, except I was really just concerned about this one class that I had to enroll in, Psych 101, which usually has, I believe 1,300 students enrolled. Also, the discussion section for that class is capped at 150 <.<
distemper
SpectatorActually, I have a question…
Quote:
3. Have at least three recommendations from an existing Admin.Do you mean have at least 3 recommendations from 3 separate existing admin?
Because according to the original statement, I could bribe LuckySeven with a Ford F-150 Extended Cab(complete with stars and bars bumper sticker), and he could just “recommend me” three times.
Sorry LuckySeven, couldn’t help myself.

distemper
SpectatorYeah, peoplesoft is a piece of crap. But personally, I think they use it because it sucks so much, so that it is harder for people to get placements in classes(so that enrollment gets spread out more evenly).
Seriously, Schedulizer is so much better. If only it could actually let you pick courses, etc…
distemper
SpectatorNah, it worked out fine. I’m going to go make a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese now.
distemper
SpectatorYour name is Ray? Fail.
Jk, Nice to meet you man. Welcome to the forums.
