Okay, so why did he make seperate posts for every individual thought? Was it lack of forum-posting expierience, or was he just being a jerk?

He applied for admin, but didn’t have enough posts, so he was denied. He created like 20 threads, each one with a different thought (we already had threads for most of them, too). Liam merged them all into one thread and he came back this morning and continued to post each thought individually to get his post count up.
And then Liam came back…

I’m pretty sure it had to do with his post count, too. His admin app was denied.
yea, if you realized, he didn’t reply to any of his own threads. It seems he understands forums as a suggestion box

straight on head to head, you can spray a full clip (rifle) at the shield and the guy won’t take a hit.. at least that’s what happened when i tried it.. that’s why you aim for the feet =/

i don’t like the idea of allowing shields only b/c of all the random non regular baddies who would show up and use it. I think it would be fun for fun nights though for sure. I’m positive if the shield was allowed there would be an increase in n00bies in teh server using it day in and day out b/c hardly any other servers allow it…for a good reason. it should’ve never been put in 1.6

I would love it in fun night. I would have to agree with marley though for constint access. We would be run overe by noobs all the time.
yeah sorry to hit the bandwagon but I saw this was 8 pages long and I wanted to put in my 2 cents….I agree with Marley about the people who would use them. Plus, it only takes one stupid ct a couple rounds to buy a shield for the entire T side to have them and rape the ct side…

I think sheilds should be allowed on t sided maps like italy, and not on others. If that’s possible.
