everything i needed states internet to do, it did well, including get a ridic ping at wcu, i remember people thought i was a wcu member cause it was so low
On the whole their pipes are fast but once they get split down to that many dorms it loses most of its luster. Toss in the fact that NCSU doesn’t prosecute or care about peer to peer downloading and your pipes slow down to the speed of snail.
