Obviously we can’t have this skin, because it would mess with the game.
What is the reasoning behind letting the admin pick if he wants the skin or not? If I were admin I dont think I would want the skin. Just a bigger target on my back if you ask me.

Anyone who has a better idea correct me if i’m wrong, but the way i understand it, your hit box doesn’t change with the skin. The problem comes with skins like the pink flamingo, where its “head” is actually around the chest, and his head is invisible. And obvioiusly they are for enjoyment. If you’re just messing around or there is not enough for stats to be turned on. The server this was taken on it doesn’t matter because its a zombie server.
I agree with Ex on this one. I just do not see why you would want to announce there are no admins on the server. As it stands now I am always reminding people of the rules and the only reason they listen to me is because I guess they think I have admin. Show them that no admins are on they are free to do whatever they want.
Admins can still remain inconspicuous, skins allow another dimension to the game. And ‘showing’ there are no admins doesn’t mean anything, i have gotten yehoo, hannah, ex, lemm and others in the server during the few rare points there are no admins and there is a serious persisting problem.
It just seems odd to me. Its like letting a city kno a there are no police on duty and why would an admin want a bigger target on his back? I know when I play I always try and kill the admins first.
As it stands, this thread is pointless cause it was made when we had zblock on our servers… player skins work just fine.

anyway I think admin skinz would be alright if admins had the option of not using it… would be kinda good if we could still try to catch teh hackers without them knowing

just pointing out we are OT from the OP
If admins could choose if they wanted to use it or not then it would be ok but making them use it just puts a bigger target on em and lets everyone know when there are no admins on.
since this topic is no longer valid (it was from the zblock days), I am gonna go ahead and unpin it.
