SpectatorIt went on till about 8:30. After that, some of us went to Central for Spaghetti and Smash Bros. I got back to my dorm around 1:00 am. I also got a parking ticket for $40. It was a rich, full day.

SpectatorYeah sorry about that Ephraim, I got one as well, and dice they have started ticketing on the weekends mostly because the RD in Central is being a super-ultra-mega-*edited* and calling every night cause someone parks in the little mini-lot beside central.

May 6, 2008 at 1:42 am #45622Bitey
SpectatorReserved 24/7, but hey they need to be consistent, no one parks there on the weekends except people who aren’t supposed to anyways, the point is they haven’t started ticketing until just now.
May 6, 2008 at 1:45 am #45623Ephraim
SpectatorI believe the sign read “service vehicle only.” It isn’t a big deal to me. Two parking violations in one year is a pretty good record.
Edit: 500 posts, y’all! Woo!

SpectatorEphraim I have 4 in one semester, don’t worry about it, I think it is bull*edited* personally I drive a lot because I move things around that I prefer not to carry, most of the time it is camera equipment for motion pictures assignments, most of the time I have upwards of $10,000 of equipment in my possession and responsibility, I own a truck so I use it to haul things that I can’t carry by myself.

The service vehicle, dean, librarian, chancelor, etc spots are ticketed by the NORMAL police now so assume they will be checked every hour or so for violators.

SpectatorYeah thats not being consistent, ticket from the beginning not all of a sudden at the end of the semester… Anyways not arguing just upset about it…

SpectatorIt certainly would be nice to know why my post was removed. I’m not going to start any drama; I’m just curious.

I moved it to the trash because it was really, really inappropriate for a public board.
May 7, 2008 at 1:25 am #45699Ephraim
SpectatorHmmm.
I don’t see how it was inappropriate. It pertained to an incident that most dedicated members of the club already know about, and I made it a point to not mention any names. It is highly unlikely that the person in question even reads these forums. I’m not challenging your authority or demanding some sort of compensation. Just voicing my displeasure.
