he only experiences it on steam games and he reinstalled steam a couple of times already. He just recently turned off vsync and it got a little better but it still isn’t running as well as it did a month before the problem started.
i feel like starterat is having similar issue, He can get 1.6 to run, but then after the main screen pops up it freezes like his card cant handle the game, and yet he plays l4d, tf2, and source without any issue….
