I have a form for EVERYBODY to fill out when they come to the LAN. During the LAN I will sit at the table and create an email list for all the forms I have. This is the best time to do this because, if they are at the LAN they are more likely to be available to come to meetings. Also, we will have current and up to date emails for everybody! If you don’t like this idea….I’m still gonna do it
