TAG used to transfer players all the time from full servers to alternates. We also balanced 3 surf servers in a similar fashion, if they tried to join in the admin reserved slots it would kick them to another server instead WITHOUT notification. Don’t know if you can still do it but it used to be fairly easy to set up, maybe it’s a mani-admin thing.
