It does for me. But, I do not know if that is because Stephen from networking did a lot of stuff to my port while looking at the pings. We had/have been getting a lot of complains in resent since flow throttling was turned on. I played CoD today with a 36 ping and all the servers pinged low for me. Before he did anything it was 700 to 3000.
He said this ‘ In short, your games were producing the same type of packet that Skype does, so limiting it also limited the bandwidth available for that portion of the game. Flow throttling was actually turned back on when we discovered this, and should’ve been active when you did your last test’
Are others still having problems?
