I have little/no knowledge of how these things work, but could you do something like:
Large red, centered text saying “PRE-ROUND :: DO NOT SHOOT (X SECONDS REMAINING)” wherein
(1) If you fire a gun you are blind for 15 seconds;
(2) If you fire a gun and kill you are slayed;
(3) If you “fire” a knife nothing happens
(4) X counts down 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
(4a) “GET IT ON” is appears in GREEN CAPSLOCK after X Seconds expires.
