okay so these two items:
I would propose at the next meeting the following amendment to this section before the part about the historian, **"It is the duty of the Treasurer to collect dues and LAN fees and to make such financial record available to the executive staff so as to ensure financial responsibility on behalf of the club."** I would put this after the statement about the Historian, I would word it, **"In short, it is the job of every executive staff member and council leader to run and operate each LAN event. If he or she is unable to fulfill their duties, it is their duty to find a suitable replacement and to notify the executive staff of such replacement within 72 hours of the beginning of the LAN event."**
