As far as sex goes like I said unless your actually feeling it you cant really tell and I dont know many women who like the look of a nut sack. The sex is still the same and the girls think my scars are sexy. The jerking off part to tell you the truth I was actually a little scared the first time I did it after my surgery because I was not sure what to expect and my sex drive was still there its not like someone hit the off switch. Aside from the scar on my nut sack I have like a 5 inch scar from my waist line to up through my bell button and then I have another scar on my right side about 5 inches long too. Chem sucked and I dont recommend it for anyone so if your sitting there bored and wanna go get chemo I say dont do it. The experience of it all was interesting one day I was feeling fine but I kept falling down and it was a potasium (if thats how you spell it i suck at spelling) deficiency so that was interesting and then one day I was so full of energy in the morning at by noon I couldnt stay awake.
