Generally we do not accept demos of hackers except from admins. When hackers are on and an admin cannot be reached, i do encourage people to get demos of them and bring them to us. It does not mean we can ban JUST because of this demo, but it gives us an idea of what to look for, especially if we get a steam ID.
My opinion… watch for said “ROFL” and if the admin spec-ing thinks there are hacks, do it. We cannot ban just because of someone elses demo.
