yeah the TV as a monitor is never all its cracked up to be anyways… you would be running a what 37+” screen at only 1920×1080? the size of the pixels is obnoxious if you are trying to use it for everyday work (i.e. word processing). I agree with masterp, get a 20-22″ LCD monitor then use what money you have left for a TV.
