Not really. It’s always been that way, the dedicated server is designed to run on Windows and was ported to Linux to appease people.
The latency issues with CS should be cleared up and are from what I’ve heard. There were old NIC drivers installed on the server and the card being used was failing.
Both of these issues have been corrected. If they’ve not, tell us so we can fix it!
