in all honesty, i think the max should be around 20… i dont think it has anything to do with people catching up, but the point system should reflect a persons ability in the game not how long they play. this would give people like chantz and bloodlust a distinct advantage over people with kdr’s way below theirs.
also, i think it would be cool if you added a new way of getting points for successive kills. kind of like getting a bounty, but if you get 3 kills-1 point 5 kills-2 point 7 kills – 3 points and so on… of course without dying. im not sure if this could be done, but it would definately help the point systems ability to judge who is the best player.
As evidenced by this thread, we’ve had trouble with raising the point limit before and I think most people are happy with it at 15. I would be extremely hesitant to make it more dependent on KDR than it already is. I don’t want a 10 minute streak to negate a days worth of regular play.
