Yes Training the new executives is a very important task, one that we have slacked on a bit in the past. Let’s not forget that after the elections, the new executives and any old executives need to be trained and have their duties and what is expected of them explained to each of them thoroughly.
Though every executive should read the constitution that way they not only know what is expected of them, but of each and every other member of the gaming club. It should help. Just a suggestion, of course.
