if by this year you mean whenever blizzard actually gets off their asses, last i checked diablo 2s 1.13 was incredibly delayed and diablo 3s release was delayed too
a PC gamer literally can’t aim at all on a console, this statement is SO TRUE it hurts. When i picked up mw2 on xbox cause i figured it would be better than turning all the stuff down to run it on my machine. I had to spend many an hour building up that skill. This coming from a guy who would run around in Cod4 with shotgun and deagle and topfrag always, unless the alcohol threshold had been breached.
cs:s plays fast, everyone knows it, everyone can run it. i understand it may not be as popular as others but in terms of running a competition it is pretty easy. Since the times i’ve played the teams have both been pretty full, balance never really seemed a big problem. then you pick the top 3 from each or whatever and then move on. in 1hour at most, shorter if you wanted. you’d have a winner.
l4d is fun, l4d2 i assume is the same. L4d however requires trust in your teamates and co-ordinated attacks, balancing this is A LOT harder than cs:s. Honestly i think l4d just doesn’t work unless you bring in your teams beforehand, which of course leads to team awesomes raping or whatever, but that way you would have solid groups. Cause even if you have only 2 people on your team that know each other, they will be way better than 4 strangers. tf2 gets close to this, but not quite
when i’ve gone, i’ve gone mostly to play cs:s, cod4 and tf2(and only 70% on the tf2) so i guess i won’t really be going unless something changes or there are other draws, people that i know. also starcraft love makes me want to punch people in the face, but that’s my problem

why can’t there be a really benefical diease? i think there is one, where you become heavily muscled or something ridiculous like that, but i don’t remember if it has any side effects, i know that many babies with it did due to extreme malnutrition and muscle atrophy. But if you live then you could go all pro in pretty much any sport and le rape and get bank money.
oh well, too bad i didn’t focus on some sport when i was younger
as i was playing games, or rather looking around for games to play, i’ve realized that many games that are put out, just don’t do what i want, which is kind of a bummer. Command and Conquer is fun, sumpreme commander was good, even if it felt like it was just making my computer cry.

Warship Gunner 2 was pro, however many of the guns that you would put on your ship were useless, not like they were good for a while but then you upgraded and they are no longer useful, i mean they weren’t useful the first time and for the rest of the game they sat there being *edited*ing depressing
Cod4 was amazing, and as a side note mw2 has grown on me, however it does have it’s problems, one is that the heartbeat sensor is *edited*ing retarded, but also that you get ninja RETARDEDLY late compared to the heartbeat sensor, i feel that the balance of what was established in cod4 was pretty close to perfect, whereas the balance in mw2 is far from it
i like how mount and blade plays, but playing some of the mods, try as they do, they just don’t seem to quite feel as compete enough, plus having to restart at the bottom *edited*ing blows. Lemme get an army of doods at the beginning or something. i hate having to be afriad of everything and deal with all it’s horse*edited*, plus people make some changes, but leave somethings unchanged that aren’t clean, but alas thats how mods well work
diablo 2 was a blast, but i just don’t quite have it in me to keep pounding away, and likewise with torchlight, back in college it was easier but now that i have to look for a job i just don’t have it me to pull overnighters and do all that stuff that i’d like to do and worst thing is that i feel that this will become the norm and not the exception
all the same, if any of you guys know a game where you have airships that you can individually customize and upgrade, name and steer over a world, without having to go online, you know what *edited*es me off, everything has to have online play, granted i enjoy playing against other people, but guess what people are jerks and min-maxing *edited*s will find out what strategies give the best outputs and crush anyone who is either new or just playing around. oh well

cs:s and cod4 i think are pro games that should be brought in
cs:s cause pretty much everyone ever has either played cs1.6 or cs:s and it’s usually quick and fun
cod4 cause it’s *edited*ing awesome and like cs it is relatively quick to run
