the thing is, pipeline is a very TEAM oriented map, and face it, most people cannot play as a team. ctf maps and come of the bigger cp maps while team based there is a lot more freedom to *edited* around and do random stuff. you can go blah blah blah about all the teamwork to play any map, or how its TEAMfortress2 but the fact is people would prefer to snipe all day and not help, or be the retard medic that doesnt ever uber and you cant play as a team that way.
i really like the idea of month 24/7…. because then we could hold votes and such to choose what the next month is and things like that. the only problem is that you need at least 6-8 people in the server for someone to join so we would need a lot of idlers.
really there is a subliminal message in it

Cloaks and invisible aparations bend light AROUND them. For there to be a shadow the light has to first hit something then the remaining light be stopped by another object. For instance, light hitting a person and creating a silouette on the ground of him (shadow) with the remaining, non-obstructed light.In the case of Starcraft and TF2, the light is completely bent so a shadow is not created. Occassionally in Star Trek, the cloak isn’t perfect and a semi-shadow is created. This is by design as in that universe a perfect cloak is only achieved by the Federation and Romulans. Most Klingon ships create a semi-shadow and when viewed against a bright backdrop (sun/planets) you can see the light being bent.

i honestly dont really care either way. I’ve always seen it as an exploit, but if we are allowed to do it, ill probably do it all the time.

i also used ex_interp 0 for a while just to see what it was like…… you can hit anything at all

I also noticed an issue when it gets down to like 2v2 or 3v3. Many times the entire team may die before it kills one of the opponents and the teams stay very stacked for long periods of time.
I think there needs to be a series of like 5 votes on the server at different times the next few days asking 1) if people like the new PTB, or 2) Do you prefer the old PTB. I know that xenocide doesn’t like it, but his ideals may represent a larger portion of the server and that needs to be heeded. Just food for thought.
