The government spends BILLIONS of dollars a year to try and stop it from flowing in and in reality they only stop about 10-20% of it. Its a losing battle and its not the states that need to legalize it. Some parts in Cali have it legalized its the feds who need to legalize it. As for the other crime you are wrong. Most people who do pot only stick with pot. It really isint a gateway drug.
