If you’ve played the older games than you’ll have an idea of how cutscene heavy the series is. But, MGS4 so far feels like it is way heavier on the cutscenes this time with not nearly enough gameplay. I think that, for me at least, there is almost no replay value. And this is coming from someone who played MGS2 probably around 30+ times and MGS3 about 10+ times.
