Well, it finally happened. My 360’s all skrewed up.
I popped in my new copy of GTA4 for the first time. I got past the loading screen, and there was this part they show the name of the first scene. There was this drumroll, then the screen went all scrambled and I heard a bunch of weird noises. I tried it again, and the same thing happened. Just to make sure it was the system and not the disc, I also tried to play Assassin’s Creed and the same thing happened.
I’m going to call the assistance hotline tomorrow. Has this happened to any else? Do you think they will be able fix it? Will they replace it?
After two phonecalls to the XBox repair hotline and several days of waiting, they have sent me a box in which I’m going to put the system. They say it will take a few weeks to come back to me. Hopefully, the problem will be solved. If I have finished Patapon by then, and have no major games to fill my time, I’m just going to cave in and buy the PS3 GTA4.
I sure do hope they leave my XBox decal be.
