its probably gonna be coming out soon. they had a playable demo of it at pax when i went the other weekend. but it is extremely remeniscient of the old duke nukem games and looks alot like them as well. the theme and story sticks to the usual duke nukem antics. i hope to god a week before launch they delay it a week XD just to *edited* with ppl XD
microsoft has given exclusive rights for madcatz to make wireless xbox headsets for the 360 using their child company Triton.
my idea would be to have a steamlined position for the social/community side of things. one person who keeps up with the wcu gaming facebook, moderates the forums, puts the pics on the sites in a timely manner, and is the head of talkin to and getting sponsors. i’d literally jump at a chance to do that job. i love the community side of it and would feel i could do a good job organizing it all to make things more effective.
we also need more of a presence like at vally ballywhoos we need a booth. we need people advertising meeting and encouraging as many people as they can to go. we need to basicially pimp ourselves out there and get our name out and get people interested basically if not i feel that we will continue to shrink.
for me i know i want to make things bigger and better for the club. that means we need numbers money and sponsors.
if the community/social manager position is created that person would be responsible for the sponsors. getting them and keeping in contact with them to maintain sponsorship.
as for numbers we need to be focusing on games that have high turn out if ppl love black ops then we need to have it….period if ppl love starcraft it needs to be there period. its about giving the people wat they want to play. and with the numbers we will get the money. with the moeny we will be able to fund more projects in the future that we want to explore.
