Looking forward to take advantage of the expertise on this board. I am new to Nintendo world, recently purchased my very first Wii from Walmart through [sPAM EDIT] discount deal. It was working pretty well until last night and now when I turn my Wii on it doesn’t load up to the Health and Safety screen. It only loads a black screen and after that I have to force it to shut down by either cutting the power or hold down the power button for few seconds. Can’t figure out what’s wrong with my Wii? Can anyone help me to solve this problem or should I call Wii tech support?

    Thanks for your help.

Same Indian spammer I busted yesterday in the welcome section.

    I have banned his region.

Btw, if anyone cares, the fix to the above solution is to contact Nintendo. The IOS is corrupted because of either a failed update or doing homebrew wrong. If it was an update issue the fix is free, if it was homebrew the cost is $125 + return shipping.
