State of Affairs
Kaz-Ka (Michael Huffman) called the meeting to order. His first announcement was that he had been impeached in an executive meeting held just prior to the general meeting. Shingi (Brenton Barber) has taken his place. Still, Kaz-Ka called for that night’s general meeting, so he conducted the rest of the meeting. The next announcement was a reminder that LAN 2010.2 will be held on April 10. Finally, two positions were now available: Treasurer and Console Vice President.

Tournament Announcements
Before moving on to elections, Kaz-Ka asked if there were any other issues to discuss. JJ suggested that, at future LANs, tournament finals be announced in advance, so that interested spectators can gravitate towards the display.

Election for Treasurer
Nominees for Treasurer were taken. Puppets Doll (Amanda McNally) was the only candidate and won by default.

Election for Console Vice President
Nominees for the Console VP election were taken. Kaz-Ka was nominated but refused. The7eyesMask (Alex Berry) and BJ Wanlund were nominated. Both candidates spoke to the crowd, then left the room for the vote. The results were unanimously in favor of the7eyesMask.
The7eyesMask is now Console Vice President.

Music Game Nomination
Nominations for the rhythm-based game to be hosted at LAN 2010.2 were taken and voted upon. Each person in attendance was allowed a single vote.

Kaz-Ka adjourned the meeting.
I’m doing something a little different this time. If you want to comment on the Meeting Minutes, post in this thread. This way, the minutes will stay clean, and all debate/flaming will take place in a sepperate thread. If you don’t like this idea, blame Liam.
