internet down!

I didn’t know where to put this post so random seemed good. I’m not sure if anyone else is having this problem. But about 4 weeks ago my firefox stopped working… won’t connect to anything. All the settings are correct i’ve checked them about 4,323 times. Then this week my IE stopped working which was my backup. Now today I dled a new v. of firefox through an ftp and it’s working again thank god. But my sister and one of my brothers are also having this problem on their computers… not on my lan or connected or anything. So I was just wondering if anyone has heard of this problem or anything.

The program opens up just acts like there isn’t an internet connection. All the while I can be on aim and steam and most other programs.

?? any ideas ??
