i have been getting spikes frequently. one of my floormates is having the same problem. but 6 other kids on my floor have no problem at all. we are all connected to the same internet provided by the school. every 10-20 sec iw ill experience spikes. i put the quality to the lowest and it sitll does this. is there any way to fix this problem?
First what dorm are you?
Second what school are you at?
Third what game are you playing?
Fourth what server are you connecting to?
Fifth what are the specs on your computer?
There is always a way for fix problems.
i get ping spikes, think i’m the highest on campus.. but thats mainly b/c my PC specs are CRAP!!! and its 4years old..

my specs are 1.6 mhz Pentium M, 1.25 gb ram, 60 gb harddrive, graphics card is called ati mobility radeon x300. laptop is about 1 year and 3 months old. cs was fine on my laptop last year, never got spikes.
