SpectatorIt’s all in the constitution, but in a nutshell the council leader keeps the server running happy and populated and makes tournament brackets for the lan. Then they report to the executive council on the current status of their respective server/consoles.

SpectatorSo why is Sam still the treasurer when he hasn’t done one thing financially, and I haven’t seem him active on the forums in months. Why also does he feel it is not his duty to sit at the door at the LAN and collect the money? Just a question that I have had for the past two LANs.

SpectatorSo please tell me what is your job as the web master? Can and are you allowed to ban people from there Admin? Is that in the Job title or description? Also this question is directed to the Marketing Administrator as well. Pretty much everyone who is not the president or vice president.

Umm???
It is the duty of the Webmaster to oversee the servers and website. This Club maintains the servers in which Western Carolina University’ ITS department houses. It is the duty of the Webmaster to maintain the servers, which host the games that the Club promotes, as well as the Website. It is also the duty of the Webmaster to provide administrative privileges over the servers only to top ranking members, i.e. the Executive Committee and Council Leaders, of the Club and only at the Executive Committees discretion. It is also the duty of the Webmaster to ensure the security of the servers and its contents, to maintain, backup and update the website as necessary, to maintain, backup and update the servers as necessary. All duties of the Webmaster must be carried out at least once a week. The webmaster does not have to be a current student, but must be currently faculty, staff, WCU alumni, or current student.
