I keep trying to update my profile picture
(different from avatar), and it keeps telling me
“file type not allowed”. I’ve tried gif, jpg, png,
bmp, psd etc.
What gives?
Allowed extensions are jpg, jpeg, and png.
I’m not sure if this is a problem with a specific group or sitewide. I’ll msg Liam and he can look into it tomorrow.
@ Liam: I tried setting Raven’s profile picture in ACP just to test and got this same error.
Yea i was thinking of posting about this, cuz i counldnt change my Gif avatar..
But i know we were having issues with Gif’s so i didnt want to push the issue.. :\
And i even cut down to a single Sig…..
since i couldn’t get it to sit next to each other so they started taking up too much space on a screen

Gifs are no longer allowed in sigs or avatar. You can keep the one you currently have but cannot put a new one in place.
