Ok to start off with some good news for all of you who dont already know, we now have an office with the Anime club in the UC. Im not sure of the number but anyone interested in knowing where it is, Ill show you during the meeting next week.
And this brings me to my next announcement. Our next meeting will be next Thursday in either the Cardinal Room or the Catamount room (whichever is free, if both are free then the cardinal room). Ill get back to all of you about which room it will be.
Whichever room it will be, evereyone should attend becauce we are having elections this upcoming week for every position except for mine (but any of you are free to run against me next semester according to the constitution, sorry to all you who wanted to crush me in the votes this semester lol). I am thinking of MAYBE adding a position in which someone from the club makes sure that someone from either the gaming club or anime club has been in the office for 10 hours every week, so we can keep the office, but Im still up in the air about this so let me know what you all think.
Oh and one more thing I forgot to mention. I told our buddies at the Anime Club that I would advertise their club alongside ours for things like meetings and event on the forums since they said they would do the same for us. So to everyone who is interested, they meet every Wednesday at 8PM in the Catamount room. If you have any questions for them, email them at wcuanimeclub@yahoo.com.
If any of you have any comments, remarks, questions, whatever about any of the following or anything in general I guess, just post your response below. I hope you guys and gals have a good semester here at Western and I hope I can make your semester here all the more better through the WCU Gaming Club.
Also, I forgot to mention that if you are going to be running for a position you nned to post here what position your running for (ESPECIALLY if it isPC VP).
I think for the hours thing that is something the secretary, historian, or marketing administrator could do.
I can run against knowdyce for alumni advisor?
I plan on running for Secretary again. Also, I’m considering running for Wii Council Leader, but that really depends on who else is running.
Everybody, dont forget to tell your friends about the fourms so they will know about the meeting. I’m gonna try to hang o some fliers about the meeting in the freshman dorms either tomorrow or Wednesday (probably Wednesday) to try to draw them to the club. If anyone is willing to help, let me know.

If I’m not mistaken the faculty advisor for the anime club is Dr. Railsback. The guy’s 100% awesome so I can’t imagine any flexibilities issues with the new office, if there are just go talk with him and he’ll work something out with you guys.
Running for Alumni Advisor as well.
Nickname, NoDice, and Oh Malley. It will be quite the interesting turn of events…
This should be one interesting meeting lol. I am expecting a pretty high turnout but I dont know. Hey a guy can hope!

Oh and guys, if I forget to mention something at the meeting, try no to bust my chops about it, I’ve got a lot on my plate right now and I’m trying my best, so just remind me. Its not that I dont care about what everyone has to say, its just alot to remember. So if you have anything you want me to bring up at the meeting, get there early, write it down, and let me know what you want to say.
For the record, I should be available to attend the meeting via IRC if someone at the meeting will have access to it.
